Terms and Conditions

Our Commitment to Clients and Customers

The organisers pride themselves on their commitment to delivering events which give traders and customers the chance to meet in a friendly, open, honest environment. All traders and therapists are vetted before their application to trade is accepted.

The goal is always to deliver an excellent customer experience with a variety of products and services on offer, delivered by true experts in their field. Traders are expected to adhere to best practice guidelines and to be honest and transparent with their clients.

Holistic Approach

It is important to recognise that the therapies, workshops, readings services and products which are on offer, and any advice or guidance given by the traders is not a substitute for the mainstream advice and support available from medical, financial or legal professionals.

While the advice gained from taking part in our events can provide invaluable comfort, motivation and support; these services are not a replacement for medical treatments. Therefore those suffering from medical, psychological, financial or relationship based difficulties may be directed towards other means of guidance.

The organisers wish to be clear that they accept no legal liability for circumstances, injury or illness which may arise due to any person relying solely on advice, therapy, readings or knowledge gained during the workshops hosted at our events.

Customer and Client Choice

Clients and customers are deemed to have chosen to participate in the activities on offer of their own free will. While the organisers thoroughly vet each trader, it is the responsibility of the customer to conduct their own research to satisfy themselves that they are confident the trader is able to deliver the service required, holds appropriate insurance and is properly qualified.

Age Restrictions

The organisers are committed to upholding ‘best practice’ guidelines at their events. We request that our traders do not offer therapies or services to those under the age of 18 and that no children are brought into therapy spaces. Unless  clearly stated clearly stated ‘suitable for all ages’, workshops will be for 16yrs + only and if under 16, they must be accompanied by a paying adult.

Alcohol and Illegal Substances

Our events are strictly no alcohol zones although some venues may operate a public bar during our events. We strongly advise against the use of alcohol while attending our events. The use of illegal substances is strictly forbidden and anyone suspected of being under the influence of alcohol or illegal substances will not be permitted to receive any treatments, services, therapies or to take part in any workshop sessions. They may be asked to leave the venue and in extreme circumstances, the police may be called. No refunds for fees paid will be given.

Inclusivity

All events are completely inclusive. No person will be discriminated against on any grounds and all are welcome. Abusive language and/or behaviour, no matter what the circumstances, will be tolerated. Any person displaying inappropriate behaviour or using abusive language will not be permitted to receive any treatments, services, therapies or to take part in any workshop sessions. They may be asked to leave the venue and in extreme circumstances, the police may be called. No refunds for fees paid will be given.

Tickets

We offer FREE entry into our events, but securing a ticket in advance means you’re entered into our prize draw which will be drawn the day before the event. We strongly suggest booking therapies and workshops in advance to avoid disappointment.

Each advance ticket secured counts as one entry to the prize draw so the more friends you pre-book tickets for, the more prize draw entries you receive!
