Each venue we work at offers different options regarding shared and private space.
We give a lot of thought to who we invite to provide services at our events. We allocate any available private rooms based on the level of confidentiality or privacy the service providers customers require.
In shared spaces, we consider the working style of each service provider to avoid any personality or energetic clashes. We also choose providers who offer different types of service so we have a variety of experiences to offer customers.
In order to give you a pleasant space in which to work and to make sure customers enjoy their experience, we ask that you agree to a consistent fee-to-client and set time table.
So we can explain why we have put these requirements in place, the organisers ask for the opportunity to chat to you before booking you in. We know that there isn’t a one-size-fits-all approach to delivering what you offer and we need to understand exactly what you need so we can make sure the best space possible is allocated to you.
Delivering an outstanding customer experience is incredibly important to us, talking things through makes sure we keep everyone happy.
